The 1st location is Bach Dang street's section from the intersection with Bui Thi Xuan street to the foot of Hong Quang bridge in Tran Phu ward plus Chuong Duong's section from the foot of Hong Quang bridge to the provincial Gymnasium in Le Thanh Nghi ward.

The 2nd location is Vu Huu street's section from the intersection with Nguyen Van Linh street to the intersection with Nguyen Thi Due street.

Expected operation time is from 7 pm to 2 am on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
