Since the Covid-19 pandemic was put under control, many foreign workers have returned to Vietnam.
From the beginning of the year to the end of November, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs licensed nearly 1,400 foreign workers, accounting for about 70% of applications, up nearly 10% year on year.
Because the Covid-19 epidemic was controlled, many foreigners wanted to return to businesses in Vietnam to work.
The licensing of foreign workers is strictly controlled from submission to approval of applications.
After licensing, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs will supervise enterprises using foreign workers according to regulations.
