15 profs, assoc profs, 250 PhDs, 3,000 MAs living and working in Hai Duong

The number of PhDs, MAs, and university graduates living and working in the province in 2022 rose by 6.7, 11.4, and 2.9 times, respectively, compared to 2008.

The information is stated in a report of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to summarize 15-year implementation of the 10th Central Party Committee’s Resolution 27-NQ/TW dated August 6, 2008 on developing intellectuals in the period of promoting national industrialization and modernization.

The number of PhDs, MAs, and university graduates living and working in the province in 2022 rose by 6.7, 11.4, and 2.9 times, respectively, compared to 2008.

As reported, after 15 years of implementing Resolution 27-NQ/TW, the awareness of Party committees, authorities, organizations, and people in the province about the role of intellectuals was raised.

The provincial authorities gradually innovated mechanisms and policies to create a favorable environment for intellectuals’ dedication, creation, development, etc.
