Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of the leaders of the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang affirmed that generations of teachers, with love for their profession, native land, and country, have been working hard with each page of lesson plans and each lecture to bring the quintessence of knowledge to life, form and nurture the personality of the younger generation – the future owners of the country. People always look towards generations of teachers with respect and gratitude.

At the ceremony, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang awarded a 3rd-class Labor Order of the President to Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Do Duy Hung for his excellent achievements in education and training from the 2017-2018 school year to the 2021-2022 school year, contributing to the cause of socialism building and national defense.
58 typical and outstanding teachers also received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister and the provincial People's Committee.
