Hai Duong braces for severe, harmful cold at night and in early morning

According to the provincial Hydro-meteorological Station, due to the influence of strongly-strengthened cold air, it will be cloudy, occasionally rainy and drizzly in Hai Duong on January 16.

In the coming days, temperature in the province will fluctuate between 12 and 17 degrees Celsius

Winds will turn northeasterly at level 3, and it will be very cold.

From the night of January 17 to January 20, the cold air will be stable and then weaken, resulting in a lot of clouds but no rain in the province.

It will be sunny and less cloudy at noon and in the afternoon, severely and harmfully cold at night and in the early morning. Winds will blow northeastward at level 2 or 3.

Because of the strong cold air, in the coming days, temperature will sharply drop, peaking at 16 – 17 degrees Celsius and bottoming out at 12 – 13 degrees Celsius. Humidity will be 65 – 70%.
