According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of the southwest edge of a weakening continental cold ridge, it is likely to be cloudy in Hai Duong on November 28 and 29. 

There will be rain and drizzles sometimes at night, fewer clouds and sunshine in the daytime, and east and southeast winds at level 2 or 3.

Around November 30, the continental cold ridge will be strengthened, making it cloudy, rainy, and showery in the province. It will turn cold with northeastward winds at level 2 or 3.

From December 2, areas in the province will be located deep in a cold air mass, so it is forecast that it will not rain and remain cold.

The cold wave is forecast to last 5 – 7 days. It will be cold and dry with the highest temperature 21 – 22 degrees Celsius and the lowest temperature 14 – 15 degrees Celsius. Humidity will commonly be 55 – 56%.
