Part of administrative procedure for change of investment certificates abolished

The provincial People’s Committee has decided to abolish part of documents involving copies of investment certificates or investment registration certificates under the management of the provincial Industrial Parks Authority.

Earlier, through reviewing lists of administrative procedures, the provincial Industrial Parks Authority requested the provincial People’s Committee to remove copies of investment certificates or investment registration certificates from the administrative procedure “Changing investment certificates”.

The reason is that the papers are granted to investment projects in industrial parks by the provincial Industrial Parks Authority, so there already are documents at the agency. The use of copies of these papers to complete some investment registration procedures is unnecessary.

The abolition will help individuals and businesses save nearly 1 million VND/year in processing the procedure compared to the past.
