The property to be auctioned consists of the right to use more than 440,707 m2 of land until 2057 and some land-attached assets.
Tran Ngoc Ha, representative of Thanh Do branch of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), on November 16 afternoon said security property of Viet Hoa - Kenmark industrial zone would continue to be auctioned early this December with a starting price of VND828.8 billion.
The property to be auctioned consists of the right to use more than 440,707 m2 of land in Viet Hoa and Tu Minh wards (Hai Duong city) until 2057 and some land-attached assets, such as workshops, machines, furniture, and means of transport.
BIDV is receiving auction dossiers from November 15 – 21.
Earlier, in March 2017, BIDV offered all assets under the project of Viet Hoa - Kenmark industrial zone to recover debts but failed to find a suitable partner.
