It is expected that the city authorities will arrange four sections in the zone and name them after four supernatural creatures: dragon, unicorn, turtle, and phoenix.

50 booths will be placed across the zone to sell traditional and typical regional products suitable to activities there.

There will be three artistic performing spots, one outdoor activity site, and a reading street on Bach Dang, Chuong Duong, and Ton Duc Thang streets.

The city authorities will install four portable toilets at suitable points in the pedestrian and night market zone.
