Commemoration of Victims loosing their lives in Traffic Accidents

From 1st to 13th November, leaders of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee will visit and encourage the victims of traffic accidents who are under medical treatment in the Provincial General Hospital.

Towards the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims this year (15th November), the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee requests that from 9th to 15th November, all universities, colleges, professional high schools, senior high schools, junior high schools and primary schools will broadcast traffic safety messages on the school loudspeaker system before classes and after school. Secondary schools will spend 1 minute to commemorate and read commemorative messages for victims deceased due to traffic accidents during the Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday morning, 9th November.
 
From 1st to 13th November, leaders of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee will visit and encourage the victims of traffic accidents who are under medical treatment in the Provincial General Hospital. The District Traffic Safety Boards will organize delegations to visit, encourage at least 3 disadvantaged families of the victims. It is expected that in the evening of 14th November, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee will hold a talkshow with the topic "To prevent traffic accident disaster - Take prompt action" on Hai Duong Radio - Television.
