Provincial People's Committee Chairman awards certificates of merit to two pupils winning prizes at UPU international letter writing contest

The organizers awarded the certificates of merit to Nguyen Thi Mai (first prize winner at the 48th contest) and Vu Thi Hue (second prize winner at the 49th contest).

The Department of Information and Communications, the provincial Youth Union, and the Department of Education and Training jointly commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements at the 49th UPU international letter writing contest on July 9 morning at Nam Sach Senior High School.

The organizers awarded certificates of merit of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to Nguyen Thi Mai, a pupil of class 10K (first prize winner at the 48th UPU international letter writing contest in 2019), Vu Thi Hue, a pupil of class 10F (second prize winner at the 49th contest in 2020), Nam Sach Senior High School, and teacher Trinh Phuong Mai, the instructor of the two pupils at the contest.

The Department of Information and Communications presented certificates of merit to one collective and 21 individuals.

The provincial Youth Union gave a certificate of merit to a collective for its outstanding achievement at the UPU international letter writing contest.

Vu Thi Hue won second prize at the 49th UPU international letter writing contest with the letter "The treatment journey of artist Quoc Tuan and his son."

In addition, Hai Duong province had three other pupils grabbing consolation prizes at the contest.
