The planning must be in line with other plans and the spirit of the 6th resolution of the 12th Central Party Committee's congress on further renewing and heightening the quality and efficiency of public service delivery units' activities.
The sector should work out mechanisms, policies, and favorable conditions to strongly attract social resources to education and training; continue to build a solid and comprehensive education quality foundation from kindergarten and primary school levels to give children a good education environment to develop their talent in the future; and frequently improve political and moral qualities for teachers to really be symbols of knowledge and virtue, inspirers, and good examples to students.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien required appropriate authorities to soon devise measures to sensibly pay contract teachers.
Sectors and authorities at all levels should care about investment in construction so that schools will have enough classrooms.
