Huyndai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dai An industrial zone, Hai Duong city) on April 15 morning donated VND150 million to the provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund.

Mr. Nguyen Duong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Head of the provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, Head of the provincial Steering Board for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, attended the event.
The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee thanked employers and employees of Huyndai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. for their affection and responsibility for epidemic prevention and control activities of the province.
He suggested that the provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinate with the provincial Steering Board to effectively manage and deliver donations in cash and in kind from benefactors, units, and enterprises to the hands of establishments and individuals in need of support.
By April 15, the provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund had received more than VND7.7 billion in support, including about VND5 billion in cash and medical equipment and essential commodities worth a total of more than VND2.7 billion.
Among the donators, there were more than 20 enterprises with foreign direct investment. They donated nearly VND500 million.
After reception, Fatherland Front Committees at all levels will transfer essential commodities, food, medical equipment, etc. to Steering Boards at the same level for coordination and supply to epidemic prevention and control forces.
Commune and district town authorities will transfer 50% of the raised cash to Steering Boards at the same level and the rest to Fatherland Front Committees at the upper level.
Fatherland Front Committees at district, provincial town, and city levels will send 50% of the money to district Steering Boards and the rest to the Relief Fund of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
The provincial Relief Board will consult standing members of the provincial Party Committee for transfer to the Central Relief Committee for distribution to Covid-19 prevention and control units and support of Covid-19 prevention and control activities in the province.
